Class Descriptions

At JuvoLiving currently I offer a Fierce Grace® 60 minute class, The FIX 60 minute class, FG Classic 60 minute class, chrildre’s yoga aged 2-12 years, & One-to-One/Two private classes. Take a look and see what you’d like to try!

The FIX

The condensed version of everything with some added surprises. This is a super-charged class designed to get you fitter faster when you are high on motivation but low on time. A mix of Classic and FG, with a focus on arms, abs and stamina.

Key benefits: toned body, increased power and increased stamina.

Classic 60

A traditional yoga class focussing on alignment and hip and spine stabilisation and flexibility. This motivating class develops strength, stamina and fitness. A great foundation class that is suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced. Learn correct technique, align your skeletal system and improve your power.

One-to-One/Two 60

I offer a one to one/two 60 minute class where we look at your specific needs/goals and make a plan to reach them. You will learn how to tune into your own body, discovering what you need to work on, on your mat as well as in your everyday life.

Fierce Grace® 60(FG60)

A user-friendly but challenging general level class. Including hip openers, deep twists, upper body strengtheners, bum and ab toners, this fully-rounded workout works 100% of the body. It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Performed to music, this class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practice. This class is the centre spoke of all the classes and the class they all originate from.

Key benefits: upper body, strength, toned bum and abs, grace and fluidity, deep expression of the self.

Children’s Yoga Ages 2-12 years

I am a YogaBeez trained Chrildre’s Yoga Teacher for ages 2-12 years.

All of the yoga poses we practice with children are tailored for them and also used as a medium for learning. We focus on stimulating all areas of a child’s development in each yoga class therefore educating the Whole Child.

I incorporate Personal, social and emotional development; Communication, language and literacy; Problem solving, reasoning and numeracy; knowledge and understanding of the world; Physical development; and Creative development.
