If you are keen to be consistent, create a healthy habit and also financial saving, booking a half term block is an option. Please email me if the class you are interested in, is not listed below.
Booking Policy & Info - please read through the info below the booking system before you book a class
Booking Policy This policy is in place in order to keep my business running & be able to continue to offer you a service that you expect, arrange the space accordingly and offer a space to someone on the waiting list.
Block Booking clients: I appreciate life happens and sometimes you’re unable to come to class. If you are unable to attend the class, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate the missed class on another day during the half term. If you can’t make a make up class in during the half term, you can carry it over to the next half term.
Drop In client late cancel/no shows: If have booked a drop in class and you cancel yourself out of the class within 24 hours of the class start time or fail to turn up to class, a refund will not be available. Thank you for your understanding.
Option to Zoom: If you are feeling under the weather but still able to practice, you have the option to zoom into class. Just let me know with notice and I can set this up on the day.
Prices The price of the class is listed (£17 per class for face to face block booking clients/£19 for drop in clients; £14.99 for 7am Start the day with me). When you book your class, the system will take your payment and save your card details for when you return/book your next class. For further details, please contact me.
Mats/equipment Face to Face Yoga: You will need your own mat. I will provide blocks if needed and an eye pillow if you would like to use one during your relaxation at the end of class.
Zoom: You need is a space to practice and a mat, carpet or towel and a device than can stream zoom.
Class availability: If a class is full or you have a preferred day that is not listed, please contact me - I would love to hear from you to see what we can do.
Class numbers: Ideally a class will be run with a minimum of two yogis. If only one booking is made per class, you may be asked to transfer your booking to another class. I will do my best to recruit additional yogis to avoid this, but on occasion it may be unavoidable.
One-to-One/Two Classes These cost £60 per class and can be arranged between the hours of 9.15am-3.30pm - when I am not teaching the listed public classes. Please contact me to discuss.
What should you wear It’s entirely up to you but please make sure you’re comfortable. I typically wear leggings, a tank top and something loose over the top. For the gents, t-shirt and shorts or man leggings if you prefer.
