I agree to work according to my own limitations; take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being; and release Laura Ebeid from any liability associated with her yoga instruction. Furthermore, I acknowledge that participation in yoga classes exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk and hereby release Laura Ebeid from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims, arising from, or in any way connected, with my participation in yoga. My signature further acknowledges that I shall not now, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against Laura Ebeid; and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assigns. But checking the waiver box, I am confirming that I am physically fit to participate in yoga classes and where appropriate a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition(s) and/or injuries for participation in this type of class. My signature verifies that I am not pregnant, or think I could be pregnant, and that I will agree to cease participation in classes immediately should I become pregnant or think I may be pregnant. By signing this, I confirm that I accept full responsibility for my baby and his/her safety at all times during Mum & Baby Yoga Class with Laura. I hereby agree that I will not come to class if I or my baby are unwell and understand that an online or adult only class will be offered by way of making up the missed class. By signing this, I confirm that I have read and understood the booking policy written on the booking page. My signature is binding to this liability waiver from this day forth.
