As a Mother of two children I have been in a place where I’ve felt guilty, angry, lonely, not good enough, impatient, distant and unable to play with my children/meet their needs.
I am in a different place now (80% of the time – we are human after all!) and thanks to Yoga/Self Awareness/Mindset work/Self-Care and I want to help other mothers get to the same place.
I run a FREE Facebook Group that is members only so a VERY welcoming, supportive, caring group that a safe place to be.
My four areas of focus are:
Self-care (for you as a mother which trickles into your child’s life)
Patience
Presence
Playfulness
PLUS (not limited to!), I cover how to deal with day to day situations that as Mothers we have to manage with our children. I address feelings we come across as mothers and how to manage those too.
My content is written posts, breath work videos, yoga sequence videos, lives and zoom events.
