At JuvoLiving currently I offer The Goddess (Monday’s), The FIX 60 minute class (Wednesday’s), Morning Stretch & Meditation (Friday’s), Children’s virtual yoga aged 2-12 years, & One-to-One/Two private virtual classes. Take a look below and see what you’d like to try!
Morning Stretch and Meditation
A relaxing way to end a busy week, time to decompress and take time to breath, stretch, relax and unwind. A sequence that hold’s Asanas for enough time to get deep into the connective tissue, allow time to surrender to the stretch and allow the body to connect with the breath & the mind.
Key benefits: Relaxation, deep stretching, focus on breath work and time to meditate.
Ability Level: Complete Beginner
The Goddess 60
A challenging top to toe class that focuses on building muscle & bone strength whilst improving stamina. It improves balance & focus through short Asana flow sequences that challenge the body and the mind. The class offers a core series which works on the whole core providing strength at the centre of the body. The finishing series allows time for the body & mind to enter a deep relaxation to get you ready to start your day!
Key benefits: Core strength, balance work, improved mental focus & increased muscle & bone strength
Ability Level: Moderately Experienced yogi
The FIX
The condensed version of everything with some added surprises. This is a super-charged class designed to get you fitter faster when you are high on motivation but low on time. A mix of Classic and FG, with a focus on arms, abs and stamina.
Key benefits: toned body, increased power and increased stamina.
Ability Level: Beginner/Moderately Experienced yogi
Virtual One-to-One/Two Yoga
I offer a one to one/two 60 minute virtual class where we look at your specific needs/goals and make a plan to reach them. You will learn how to tune into your own body, discovering what you need to work on, on your mat as well as in your everyday life.
Key benefits: a class designed to suit your personal needs and a top class focus on your asanas and body alignment.
Children’s Virtual Yoga Ages 2-12 years
I am a YogaBeez trained Chrildren’s Yoga Teacher for ages 2-12 years.
All of the yoga poses we practice with children are tailored for them and also used as a medium for learning. We focus on stimulating all areas of a child’s development in each yoga class therefore educating the Whole Child.
I incorporate Personal, social and emotional development; Communication, language and literacy; Problem solving, reasoning and numeracy; knowledge and understanding of the world; Physical development; and Creative development.
