I wanted to share news with you about a new venture I am embarking on! I have become a BeachBody on Demand Coach which will run alongside my Yoga business and I want to share with you how I got to this point & what it can do for you. So exciting!!

Why? During lockdown, my fitness levels dropped dramatically and I gained weight. I was eating much more chocolate than before, consuming more wine (!) and generally feeling rather grumpy/unhealthy.

I spent time with my friend Katherine who had embarked on her transformational journey and it appealed to me however, when she said I needed to work out every day for 5 days per week I put it to one side. Following that conversation, I couldn't stop thinking about it and knew I needed to make a change. I joined a coach call to hear about what was available to me and I bit the bullet and signed up to the 21 Day FIX Programme working out for just 30 minutes 7 days a week (full body work out focussing on different areas of the body each day including yoga & Pilates!).

Me now:

  • I have lost 2 inches from my waist & 1.5 inches from my hips (that happened in 21 days!)

  • I no longer crave caffeine, chocolate or carbs because I am fueling my body correctly with Portion Fix - and yes I still eat carbs!! Hurrah!

  • I am happier, no longer grumpy! Hurrah!

  • My body has changed for the better, I feel stronger and my clothes feel much more comfortable I am giving my body what it needs to feel energised, motivated and happy!

  • I naturally wake up at 6.20am (if not before!) every morning ready to start the day - before getting out of bed at 7 was a struggle!

  • I am part of a community who support and encourage me me my goals

My role as your coach: To support you in your transformation journey and help you to see results and reach your nutrition & fitness goals! You will be part of a support group where I make suggestions, check in (via an App) and where you'll be with likeminded individuals who are on the same transformational journey.

What’s available: Beach Body on Demand offers 1000+ fitness videos, you can chose a fitness programme that suits you - I would advise starting with 21 Day FIX Programme because it builds fitness levels gradually over 21 days and changes/improves your nutrition habits along the way. This is NOT a diet, it literally transforms the way you eat for the better & for life!
