'Zoom Yoga with Laura is now firmly part of my life. Who’d have thought it would translate so easily from in person to on screen. It always feels very personal with Laura and she is quick to notice and correct those minor tweaks which make all the difference to a pose. I was pleasantly surprised by the room with it's fresh, contemporary design (love the artwork) and welcoming feel. What’s more there was no noise from the café downstairs which makes it a great venue for yoga. The class was exactly what I needed, it made me feel energetic and charged for the rest of the day!
