Hello! Here is a little bit about me …

I have been practising yoga on a regular basis for over 13 years. My practice has mostly taken place in a hot room with 90-minute Bikram classes.

After many years working as a Learning and Development Project Manager, I decided that I wanted to focus my time and energy on our two children, Owen and Seren, and so I took a break from ‘work work’ to become a full-time mum.

During that time the regular practice was really important in helping me to be the best mum I could be - yoga kept me on track with my patience levels with the kids and care for myself. My blog ‘Yoga Mum’ gives an insight into how yoga helped and supported me through the challenging times.

I’ve always had a passion/desire to help others so that, coupled with my belief in yoga and its endless benefits, helped me decide to train as a Yoga Teacher and recently my dream came true.

"Teaching Yoga is a life’s vocation. It is to be involved in people’s growth and transformation. It is to become a vehicle for awakening the mysterious universal powers of healing in people. It is an important and serious role in society. It is a true privilege" Michele Pernetta

I truly believe in Michele’s words and philosophy and just want to share it with you.

Fierce Grace gave me the opportunity to learn what it takes to be a teacher. I am still learning and developing which I absolutely love. Thank you Fierce Grace®.

I am currently teaching face to face classes in my conservatory and online via Zoom.

Everyone is welcome - any ability/age/experience - so please come along and give it a try!
